You are about to enroll to an ESQ Europe Training Session. Make sure that you fill in the form accurately. We guarantee that the information given will not pass to third parties.

Make sure that you make the payment (amount can be found at the specific training information) as quickly as possible. You will only be seen as a participant once the payment has been done, and you can prove the payment by sending (a copy) of the transfer receipt to our emailadres info@esq165-europe.com or fax it to (+31)10 2860358. The money should be sent to: 95 415 90 X. Syafiih, Amsterdam. Be sure to mention: Mission Statement Angkatan 1 or Executive Angkatan 6. We will not accept participants that pay after the trainingdate or after the first trainingday.

If you have made an agreement with your company/institution/affiliation about payment (e.g. discounts or other agreements), the company/institution/affiliation must inform us about it beforehand. In that case the company/institution/affiliation is responsible for the full pay. The company/institution/affiliation is also responsible to give us a list with the participants one week prior to the training at latest.

We do not accept online registrations after one week before the training. This is due to trainingpreparations.

ESQ Europe holds the right to refuse participants.

ESQ Europe holds the right to close online registration before the closing date (one week before the training). This can be due to maximum capacity.
